1) Appointment Policy: All appointments at Daiyah Aesthetic Clinic are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. We do not accommodate walk-in appointments.
2) Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Clients must provide a minimum of 72 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to do so will result in a rebooking fee of £50.
3) Late Arrival Policy: Clients are expected to arrive punctually for their scheduled appointments. A grace period of up to 15 minutes will be allowed. However, any client arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in no treatment being provided, invalidation of any vouchers, and the requirement to pay a rebooking fee of £50 before scheduling another appointment. For clients up to 15 minutes late, this will result in a shorter treatment time to accommodate the schedule of other clients.
4) Invalid Vouchers: In the event of a no-show or late cancellation/rescheduling, any vouchers or promotions applied to the appointment will be deemed invalid.
5) Refusal of Treatment: Daiyah Aesthetic Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client who violates the terms and conditions, exhibits inappropriate behavior, or is deemed unsuitable for the requested treatment by our medical professionals.
